As a Legion Senior Consultant, you will lead the evolution of Legion's implementation methodology, learning from their experiences, while ensuring Consultants are achieving a level of consulting certification. This individual contributor role is focused on leading customers to implement well-designed workforce management solutions that streamline operational efficiency, by configuring, testing, delivering the system and supporting customer training.

We're looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented person with a broad understanding of business and finance to create and manage relationships with various internal stakeholders. This role supports the revenue process through analysis and reporting of forecasts, actuals, trends, and plans. The individual will review operational and renewal data, provide insightful variance analysis, participate in regional process improvement, and demonstrate thought leadership around data processes.
